RINO BLANCO (hereinafter also the “provider”), as the party responsible for this website, makes this document available to users, regulating the use of the website www.mymediaconnect.com, with the aim of fulfilling the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI), as well as to inform all users of the website about the conditions of use thereof.
Through the website, RINO BLANCO provides users with access to and use of different services and content made available through the site.
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user (hereinafter the “User”), and such access implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

RINO BLANCO shall not be held liable in the event of the impossibility of providing the services available through this Website if this is due to prolonged interruptions of electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, uprisings, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and, in general, any cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute or matter related to the Website, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.
If any of the clauses in this Legal Notice are declared null or ineffective, in whole or in part, such declaration shall not entail the invalidity of the remaining clauses, which shall remain in full force and effect unless expressly stated otherwise by RINO BLANCO.
