01.- PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This document aims to inform corporate clients, users or potential users of the service known as MyMediaConnect (and any functionalities provided through the website, platform, calculator, newsletter subscription, contact form or other means) about how RINO BLANCO processes personal data that may be collected or generated in the course of its activities.The service is provided exclusively to companies, legal entities or professionals acting for business or professional purposes (hereinafter, the “Client”). It is not intended for individual consumers acting outside a professional or business activity.However, when these processing operations involve data relating to natural persons (for example, employees of the Client, users designated by the Client, or professional contacts), such data shall be deemed to be “personal data” within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018 (“LOPDGDD”), and this Policy shall apply accordingly.

03.- PURPOSES OF PROCESSING, CATEGORIES OF DATA AND LEGAL BASES
(A) Navigation, contact form, calculator, newsletter subscription

(B) Contracted MyMediaConnect platform service
When the Client contracts the platform service with RINO BLANCO, S.L., the following processing activities shall apply:
Purposes of processing
Management of the Client account and the users designated by the Client: creation, administration, access and identification..
Provision of the Service: authentication, permission control, user management, provision of functionalities, technical support, incident handling, training, monitoring of Service use.
Invoicing, contractual compliance, payment management and debt recovery (where applicable).
Service improvement, usage analysis, development of new functionalities, security, fraud prevention, backups and data recovery.
Compliance with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Categories of data processed
The data may include (as contractually agreed): name and surname, company name, organisation, position, professional email address, login credentials, IP address, Service usage metadata, content uploaded to the Service (digital assets, designs, documents), billing data, etc.
Legal basis
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contract concluded between the Client and RINO BLANCO, S.L., as well as compliance with legal obligations applicable to the Controller.
04.- DATA RETENTION PERIOD
For contact/non-client data: such data will be retained for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, unless the Client requests its erasure beforehand.
For users registered on the platform and data relating to the contracted service: during the time in which the Service is active and, once terminated, for the period necessary to address any liabilities arising from the contract, claims or compliance with legal obligations (for example, accounting obligations). In any case, data shall be deleted, blocked or anonymised once they are no longer necessary.
For newsletter subscription: the data will be retained until the data subject requests to unsubscribe. You may revoke at any time any express consent that you have granted us to send you commercial information. To do so, you can unsubscribe by using the opt-out option or by sending us an email with the subject line “unsubscribe” to rgpd@mymediaconnect.com.
For cookies and analytics: in accordance with the provisions set out in the applicable cookies policy.
Furthermore, our company must also establish minimum retention periods depending on the type of data processed and considering the various limitation periods that each department must be aware of.

05.- RECIPIENTS, PROCESSORS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Data may be disclosed to third parties (data processors) acting on behalf of RINO BLANCO, S.L., such as hosting providers, CRM services, mailing or data analysis providers.
All relationships with processors shall comply with the requirements of the GDPR (contractual arrangements, guarantees, etc.).
If international data transfers are carried out outside the European Economic Area (EEA), they will only take place when adequate safeguards have been adopted (for example, standard contractual clauses).
06.- RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Natural persons whose data are being processed have the rights recognised by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD:
Right of access, rectification and erasure.
Right to restriction of processing and to object to processing.
Right to data portability.
Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of data which produce legal effects or significantly affect them.
You may exercise these rights by writing to RINO BLANCO, S.L. at the address indicated above or via email to rgpd@mymediaconnect.com or to the DPO (xavi@auris.legal).Likewise, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain: the Spanish Data Protection Agency – AEPD).
07.- DATA SECURITY
RINO BLANCO, S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Security measures shall be regularly reviewed, backups will be performed, encryption will be applied where appropriate, user and supplier access will be controlled, and activities will be audited.
08.- USER'S RESPONSIBILITY - DECLARATION OF TRUTHFULNESS
By providing us with personal information through electronic channels, the user declares that they are over 18 years of age and that all the data supplied to RINO BLANCO, S.L. are true, accurate, complete and up to date.To this end, the user confirms that they are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and that they will keep such information duly updated so that it reflects their real situation, being liable for any false or inaccurate data they may provide, as well as for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may result therefrom.
09.- COOKIES POLICY
The website uses cookies and other tracking technologies. When browsing the website, users are informed through a banner that, by accepting, they consent to the use of cookies. The cookies policy sets out the categories (technical, analytical, personalisation, advertising), the third parties that may place cookies, the retention periods, the method for rejecting or accepting cookies, and how to exercise the rights related to them.
10.- SUBMISSION OF CVs
In the event that you wish to send us your CV via our email address, we inform you that the data provided will be processed in order to include you in any recruitment processes that may take place, by analysing your professional profile with the aim of selecting the most suitable candidate for any potential vacancy.
We do not accept CVs submitted through other channels (for example, hand-delivered paper copies). In the event of any changes to your data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible in order to keep your data properly updated.
CVs will be kept for a maximum period of two years, after which they will be securely destroyed and all data contained therein deleted. We guarantee full confidentiality. In this regard, once this period has expired, if you wish to continue participating in possible selection processes, you must resubmit your CV.
Data may be processed and/or communicated to companies within our group during the time your CV is stored and for the same purposes as those previously stated.
11.- CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
RINO BLANCO, S.L. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential or interpretative developments of the supervisory authority, or to changes in its activities, technology or services.
