01. Purpose and Scope
This document informs companies that are clients, users, or potential users of the MyMediaConnect service (including the website, platform, calculator, contact form, and newsletter) about how RINO BLANCO processes the personal data collected in the course of its business activities.
This service is provided exclusively to companies, legal entities, or professionals acting for business or professional purposes. It is not intended for individual consumers. However, when data is collected from individuals (client employees, designated users, professional contacts), such data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.

03. Purposes of processing, categories of data, and legal bases
A) Navigation, contact form, calculator, and newsletter
- Handling of information requests: first name, last name, company, email address, message — legal basis: consent of the data subject.
- Calculator and sending of results: user-provided data and professional email address — legal basis: consent of the data subject.
- Newsletters and marketing communications: email — legal basis: consent of the data subject.
- Web analytics and cookies: browsing data, device information, partially anonymized IP addresses — legal basis: consent (non-essential cookies) and legitimate interest (strictly necessary cookies).
B) MyMediaConnect platform service
When a customer signs up for the platform, the following processing operations are performed:
- Management of customer accounts and designated users: creation, administration, access, and authentication.
- Service delivery: authentication, permission management, user management, feature provisioning, technical support, incident management, training, and usage monitoring.
- Billing, contract compliance, payment management.
- Service improvements, usage analysis, development of new features, security, backups, and data recovery.
- Compliance with legal and accounting requirements.
The data processed may include: first and last name, company, job title, work email address, login credentials, IP address, usage metadata, content uploaded to the service (digital assets, designs, documents), and billing information.
The legal basis is the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
04. Retention period
- Contact information / non-customers: no more than 2 years since the last contact.
- Platform users: for the duration of the service and for as long as necessary to fulfill responsibilities arising from the contract or legal obligations.
- Newsletter: until the subscriber requests to unsubscribe. You may revoke your consent by emailing rgpd@mymediaconnect.com with the subject line "unsubscribe."
- Cookies and analytics: in accordance with our current cookie policy.
The following statutory statutes of limitations also apply: 3 years (labor violations), 4 years (Social Security and tax matters), 5 years (occupational risk prevention), 6 years (accounting and commercial matters), and 10 years (tax audits and crimes against the Treasury).
05. Recipients, Processors, and International Transfers
Data may be disclosed to hosting providers, CRM providers, email service providers, and data analytics providers acting as data processors. All relationships with data processors will comply with the requirements of the GDPR. International transfers outside the EEA will only be made with appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
06. Rights of the Data Subject
Individuals whose personal data is processed have the following rights under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD:
- Access, correction, and deletion.
- Restriction of processing and objection to processing.
- Data portability.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time.
- Not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
You may exercise these rights by writing to rgpd@mymediaconnect.com or to the DPO (xavi@auris.legal). You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
07. Data Security
RINO BLANCO, SL implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data: backups, encryption where applicable, user and vendor access controls, and activity audits.
08. User Responsibility — Declaration of Accuracy
By providing their personal information, the user represents that they are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The user is responsible for any false or inaccurate information they may provide and for any damages resulting therefrom.

10. Submitting Resumes
Resumes received by email will be processed for the purpose of including you in the selection process and will be retained for a maximum of two years, after which they will be securely destroyed. The data may be shared with group companies for the same purposes.
11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
RINO BLANCO, SL reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to comply with new legislation or changes in its business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page along with the date of the last update.
