Our solution includes cross-departmental approval workflows, side-by-side comparisons of packaging design versions, and centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM). We are a young startup based in Barcelona, with top-tier clients such as Central Lechera Asturiana, Florette, Pascual, Europastry, Bluesun, and Damm 🚀

🎯 Your mission

You will be the point of contact for our customers: understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing the value they get from the platform.

Main responsibilities

FARMER (60%)

• Support existing customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Identify up-selling opportunities and optimize usage
• Manage pricing, contracts, invoicing, and profitability (P&L)

AUDIT & SETUP (40%)

• Analyze each customer's packaging management processes
• Configure the platform to meet their workflow and requirements
• Build strong relationships with new customers right from the start

🔧 What we're looking for

• Knowledge of the printing process (flexo, offset, Pantone, etc.)
• Convenience through technology and configuration tools
• Autonomy, curiosity, and customer focus
• Languages: fluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus)

Sales Manager Profile

• Focus: 90% Hunter, 10% Farmer
• Responsibilities: Acquire new enterprise clients and sign SaaS service agreements
• Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience selling SaaS services
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish, English, and French
• Target companies: €300 million+ in revenue, 100+ SKUs (FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics)
• Key relationships: Marketing and Quality Directors
• Reports to: The CEO
